From the physics of extremes to the sociology of adaptation and the culture of environmental memory: the Centre of Excellence for Climate and Societal Changes (CECSC) unites six Romanian research institutions in one interdisciplinary centre. Drawing on the natural sciences, the social sciences and the humanities, we produce research and evidence for a society facing a changing climate — and we carry it to policymakers, educators and the public.
